Happy Birthday Howard Kalin

December 20, 1974, a date which will live in infamy. Okay, so maybe not infamy, but it certainly comes close. This date may not be too familiar to many of you, but it is the day Howard Kalin came into this world. Yesterday was Howard’s 31st birthday and it was celebrated in style.

About 30 of us met up at Five Seasons Brewing in Atlanta for the joyous occasion. We had a heck of a lot of fun taking stupid pictures and hearing about his recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. His mother, Karen, even came down from New York City, but unfortunately she was like a vault and we couldn’t get any embarrassing stories about young Howard.

Happy birthday Howard. Thanks again for bringing kangaroo jerky all the way back from Australia. And in case everyone’s wondering, no, it does not taste like chicken.
